Service availability and jurisdiction

We do not offer paundra services in jurisdictions where online wagering, sports betting, or live-dealer gaming is prohibited by local law. We operate only in territories where applicable regulation permits these activities. This means paundra may be available in some regions and unavailable in others—and that status may change as local laws evolve.

We do not claim to be "licensed in Indonesia" or "licensed everywhere." Instead, we confirm that paundra operates where regional frameworks permit our service categories. Users in supported areas are responsible for verifying that their own use complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. If you are uncertain whether paundra operates in your location, our support team can provide clarity before you create an account.

We enforce jurisdiction restrictions by requiring Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when you create a paundra account. During KYC, you provide identity information and confirm your location. For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may pursue legal action in the courts of the jurisdiction where paundra operates—we do not submit to arbitration or alternative dispute resolution outside that framework.

If you use paundra in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, that is your violation of local law, not ours—and paundra is not liable for consequences of your non-compliance.

If you access paundra and later discover that our services are not available in your location, you can close your account and request a full refund of your remaining balance. We process account closures and refunds within one business day. Your responsibility is to verify your own eligibility before using the platform; if you proceed without verification and are later found ineligible, we will close your account and refund your balance, but you may face legal consequences in your jurisdiction—which is outside paundra's control or liability.
